Credit Card

Having a credit card ready is important because it will be required whether booking online or over the phone.

Check-in Age

At Ocean Creek the minimum age to check in is 25. You will need to have a valid identification card to show at the front desk.

Payment

Your first night’s deposit will be required when booking. The taxes and fees are included in your total when you book.

Maximum Occupancy

There is a limited amount of people allowed in each unit type.  In order to process your reservation accurately, be sure to include the number of children and adults planning to stay in the reserved room when you are booking.

Pets

No pets are allowed at the resort but there are local boarding facilities that offer excellent options.

Parking

Ocean Creek offers two parking passes for each unit to guests. There is parking for trailers, motorcycles and mopeds only in the overflow lot.

Cancellations

If you cancel your reservation prior to 7 days before your arrival you will be charged a fee for cancellation. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival you forfeit your first night’s deposit.

Breakfast Discounts
