Memories

We have gone to visit my husbands parents in Florida for years. When we had our daughter Sadie we started to meet in the middle. Myrtle Beach was a great location for all of us. About the same distance for both families to drive. My family always showed up later in the day because we would let our now 3 year old daughter sleep till her regular time. Our first year down to Myrtle we let her toddle into the condo by herself and we stood at the door. She went down the hall and when she saw her Grammy and Granddaddy she just squealed and said grammy. They just melted. Sadie was their sidekick for the rest of the week. She hung out with them and enjoyed the entire week with her Grammy and Granddaddy. Now it is a yearly tradition that we meet for a week at Ocean Creek.
