Memories

My husband and I started coming to the resort the summer after we got married.  For certain reasons we were unable to do our dream honeymoon in the Caribbean and on a whim chose Ocean Creek for a quick getaway.  We fell in love with it there!  We came back the next year when we were expecting our first child and brought along my husband's parents and sister's family.  We, again, had the perfect vacation!  Last year was the first time we were able to bring our children now 6 and 5 and they, of course, shared our enjoyment.  It is so nice as parents to feel the security with the gated community.  The staff is always so pleasant!  We usually make weekly friendships with the tram drivers.  It is such a peaceful resort with lots of activities for everyone to enjoy.  We love it here so much, we recommend it to everyone looking to travel to the area.  My husband's parents have since come back two additional times and have booked again for this year.  My husband is an avid golfer, so he is in his glory in Myrtle Beach.  Early tee times give the kids and I a chance to relax at the pool until Daddy comes back.  Ever since our vacation was over last summer, the kids have not stopped asking when we are coming back.  We are hoping to be able to extend our stay this year and surprise them with a two week stay.  Thanks for all of the great memories!  We are looking forward to many more in the future!
