Memories

First of all let me tell you that my husband is a pastor. In 2008 we had a wonderful but very hetic year to say the least, and needed a getaway. In a 2 month span, my husband had to make several trips to the hospitals on behalf of some of our church members that were sick, and having various test done. In addition he was scheduled in NC to do 2 Weddings in one weekend back to back, but prior to that he held a weekend revival.

We were very tried and exausted and was in need of a getaway. Someone had told us about Ocean Creek, and we decided to book a mini get away. We had the best time. The room we stayed in made us feel right at home, and the weather was absolutly wonderful. I know that it was at Ocean Creek that we were able to regain much needed rest, and relaxation. There are not too many places that offer a pastoral family a discounted or even free mini getaway, which is kinda sad because they do need a time of refreshing. Even if we don't win a free getaway with Ocean Creek this time, I do want to say THANK YOU for such a wonderful time we did experiance on our last visit. It was amazing!!
