Memories

Our first trip to Ocean Creek was August 2009.  We had booked our trip earlier that year but had to cancel due to the news we received from my 28 year old husband's cardiologist that the time had come to replace a valve in his heart.  Not even being married a year, this news was so hard for us to comprehend.  We thought that "in sickness and in health" would come so much later in our marriage.  He had his surgery on July 14, and was home for our one year anniversary on July 21.  A little over a month later, we found ourselves at Ocean Creek.  My husband insisted that we continue our plans.  After a few calls, he was instructed not to swim in the pool or ocean.  Our stay was very relaxing and helped in his physical and mental healing.  We were hooked!  Last year we spent a wonderful week at Ocean Creek, and want to continue our tradition.  Thank you Ocean Creek for such a wonderful stay!
