Pine Lakes International Country Club

Pine Lakes was the first golf course opened in Myrtle Beach, starting the golf capital of the world. While known as “The Granddaddy”, Pine Lakes has kept a modern look after being remodeled and constantly updated since 1927. With more natural water hazards, this is no course for the weak at heart. The Granddaddy requires some creativity and precision through its 18 holes.

Pawley's Plantation

Pawley’s Plantation is located on the Southern tip of the Grand Strand, originally as a private course. It has since been open to the public after Hurricane Hugo altered some of the property and people can’t stop getting enough of it! Enjoy the scenery of the freshwater lakes, saltwater marshland, and 200-year-old moss-draped oaks in this course. The spot is perfect for a memorable getaway, special event, family vacation, or business retreat.

Myrtlewood Pine Hills

Established in 1966, Myrtlewood Pine Hills would be nominated for the title “Best New Resort Course” in 1994 after its major renovations by Arthur Hill. It is a popular choice from visitors to local golfers from its modernized architecture. It’s creative use of moundings, water hazards, and tight tree-lined fairways has been proven to be a golf course masterpiece. Enjoy this 6,640-yard course, while challenging your precision and accuracy.

Myrtle Beach National West Course

Conveniently located off of Hwy. 501, Myrtle Beach National West is in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Beginners will love this course, as it is often considered the easiest of the three courses that Myrtle Beach National has to offer. With its wider fairways, less clutter off the tee, and Mini Verde Bermuda greens, it is perfect for those looking for a friendly and enjoyable round of golf.

Willbrook Plantation

Top 50 For Women – by Golf for Women Magazine 25 in the US for 2005. Holes 1 and 15 are featured in the book “The 100 Greatest Holes along the Grand Strand”, published by The Sun News. Willbrook Plantation has been noted as one of architect Dan Maples’ best work. Having been recently featured among the award-winning television show Nature Scene, for its coexistence with nature and golfers, showing off that this course is among a century-old oak forest. If you are looking for a peaceful golf experience located on the South end of the Grand Strand, this is your course!

Meadowlands Golf Club

Just a short drive from Myrtle Beach, Meadowlands Golf Club is located in Calabash, North Carolina, showing a simpler time of the North Carolina countryside. Myrtle Beach National King's North

Designed by Arnold Palmer himself, King North is an elite course and a must for any golfer’s bucket list. This gem has some of the most memorable Grand Strand holes, and made its way onto prestigious awards, such as “America’s 100 Greatest Public Courses- 2004”, 4.5 STARS with Golf Digest, and ranked as “Top 100 Courses in America” from 2000-2004 for Golf for Women. King’s North has some of the most dramatic and picturesque holes, offering a “risk-reward”, and distinctive “SC” bunkers.

True Blue

Known for its dramatic and fun layout, including vast fairways, undulating greens and impressive elevation changes, True Blue has been ranked in Golf’s Magazine’s “Top 200 Courses You Can Play”. It represents the class of the expansive golf offerings in Myrtle Beach with its well-manicured layout. It has been ranked #1 in the Myrtle Beach area by Golf Digest and other prestigious awards. Thistle Golf Club

This course has been built on 200 years of history, with a traditionally Scottish clubhouse design, and uniquely designed to mimic a club that has grown over a 100-year period beginning in the early 1800’s. Enjoy the luxury of this country club, while being surrounded by nature preserves, acres of wildflowers, wetlands, and wildlife. Each of the three different nine-hole courses provide its own flare, and bridge together well.

Arrowhead Country Club

Arrowhead is along the Intracostal Waterway and a 27-hole masterpiece. Voted as South Carolina’s Golf Course of the Year in 1998, it has 3 different 9 hole-hole courses available to the public. All unique, you can get 3 distinct challenges. “The Cypress” being a windy tree-lined par 36 nine hole, testing your accuracy versus your length. While playing “The Lakes”, you can enjoy the scenic views while avoiding the water hazards lining nearly every hole. If you are looking for a short game, you can play “The Waterway”.
