ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Ocean Creek Resort is seeking an experienced individual for the position of Administrative Assistant. Will be responsible for providing administrative support to the General Manager, as well as, be our liaison with the homeowners regarding our telecommunications system. Previous experience with Microsoft Office is required; proficiency in Excel and Word necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Year round, full time position with benefit package including: Medical and Dental insurance, 401(k) Plan, Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off and paid weekly. Ocean Creek Resort is seeking Guest Service Representatives. Will be responsible for guest registration at the front desk, as well as, guest reservations. Full time positions are available working either AM shift (7:00AM - 3:00PM) or PM shift (3:00PM - 11:00PM). Ocean Creek Resort is seeking a part time assistant in our Golf & Entertainment office. Will be responsible for taking both golf reservations and assisting with the ticket sales for our local attractions and entertainment venues. Must be available to work any of these shifts: 8:00AM-4:00PM, 9:00AM-5:00PM and 10:00AM-6:00PM. Must also be available in the spring and fall to attend our golf reception, 6:00PM-8:00PM.
