Valentine’s Day at the Four Seasons Restaurant

Come spend Valentine’s Day with Ocean Creek Resort at the Four Seasons Restaurant for a romantic dinner.
You’ll have your choice of fresh seafood strudel with shrimp, scallops and crab topped with a Sauvignon Beurre Blanc sauce or wild mushroom ravioli laced with a gorgonzola cream sauce to start up your appetite.
Next, you will be served a fresh delicious salad of mixed field greens and toasted almonds tossed with a balsamic and feta vinaigrette.
Once you have completed your salad course, your server will present you with your choice of three entrees: Tournedos of Beef au Poivre; Potato Encrusted Snapper Florentine; or Pan Seared Duck Breast Gran Marnier.
All dishes are served with a bouquet of fresh vegetables and sautéed red bliss potatoes on the side.
For dessert you will indulge in the decedent chocolate Kahlua mousse to finish things off.
