Castano’s is offering a decadent New Year’s Eve soiree that foodies will not want to miss. Guests will be presented with a complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival. The menu will offer limited selections including a surf n’ turf option and a succulent prime rib offering– among others. Stick around for live music until 1am and a festive balloon drop at midnight. House of Blues – North Myrtle Beach (Barefoot Landing)
The Myrtle Beach House of Blues – the area’s premier live music venue – is offering two great New Year’s Eve concerts. The first is a concert only event featuring national artist Corey Smith. Doors open at 8pm for this event and the show starts promptly at 9pm. The other event is a decadent “Dinner & Dance” featuring a 4-course meal and live entertainment by TRU SOL, in addition to festive party favors and a House of Blues gift certificate. Thoroughbreds Chophouse – Myrtle Beach

They will stop seating the restaurant at for dinner at 8pm – so if you do want to enjoy a pre-party dinner just make reservations early. At 10pm, the New Year’s bash will officially begin with live entertainment from Black Glass, a local rock group. There will be party favors, a balloon drop, and a simulcast from Time’s Square. Tickets are $25 / person in advance or $30 / person at the door – or you can splurge for a VIP package which includes a reserved table & dinner for only $75 / person. 2001 Nightclub – Myrtle Beach

Myrtle Beach’s hottest nightclub is pulling out all the stops for the biggest New Year’s Eve party in town! 2001 is hosting the Johnny Barker Project, a seven piece band with over 40 years in the entertainment industry. There will also be plenty of party favors and a champagne toast at midnight. The doors open at 7pm and tickets may be purchased in advance or the evening of.

 

Brookgreen Gardens – Murrells Inlet

For a more low-key evening, head south to Murrells Inlet and attend the Stroll By Candlelight event at Brookgreen Gardens. This nationally acclaimed sculpture garden will open its gates for a few hours, offering guests a truly spectacular experience. The gardens will be elaborately adorned with thousands of Christmas lights and over 5,500 hand lit candles. Enjoy the scenery as you listen to carolers and sip on warm cider.
