Easter Sunday Buffet at Four Seasons
Join us for a wonderful weekend at Ocean Creek Resort this Easter! On Easter Sunday we will be celebrating with an Easter Sunday Buffet at our Four Seasons Restaurant.
We will be serving up a variety of salads including crispy tossed salad with dressing, shrimp and crab salad, broccoli salad, ambrosia salad, cucumber and tomato salad and rotini pasta salad as well as pickled beets and marinated grilled veggies and parmesan crustini.
Other tasty chilled side items include fresh fruit, assorted cheeses, tomato with mozzarella and basil, smoked salmon mirror, deviled eggs, salami horns, and peel & eat shrimp with cocktail sauce and lemon wedges.
Our piping hot buffet items will include buttered red bliss potatoes, saffron rice pilaf, sautéed green beans and squash medley. You’ll be able to choose from a variety of main entrée items including roasted leg of lamb with minted gravy, breast of chicken piccata, seafood Newburg, roasted top sirloin of beef, stuffed pork loin.
Be sure to save room for dessert because when you finish your meal you can delve into our assorted desserts featuring a make-your-own ice cream Sunday bar!
