The Hot Summer Nights program has kicked off in Myrtle Beach this week and offers some great family fun at the beach. The program runs into August and offers five nights of great activities at Plyler Park in the heart of Myrtle Beach. The schedule is:
Sunday Nights
7 pm - 10 pm (through August 16)
Street performers, caricatures, balloon artists, stilt walkers, face painting, jugglers and more.
Monday Nights
7 pm - 10 pm (through August 17)
Kids Carnival - Kid friendly fun, including inflatable jumping rooms
Tuesday and Saturday Nights
8 pm - 12 am (through September 5)
Oceanfront Concert Series - Jazz, Reggae, Rock, Pop, Country and R&B
Wednesday Nights
9:30 pm (through August 19)
Fireworks Night - billed as the Beach's Biggest and Best Fireworks Display

The Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce recently announced the summer Sun Fun concert series sechedule for 2009. These FREE concerts are sponsored by the hosts of the events Celebrity Square, Hard Rock Cafe and Broadway at the Beach and are held each Friday and other select dates at 7 pm now through the end of the summer. The schedule is as follows:
