Market Commons Shops and Restaurants Construction Underway
A brand new shopping and dining district in Myrtle Beach, the Market Commons, is set to open in late spring of 2008. Located on the site of the former Air Force Base of Myrtle Beach, the Market Commons will feature such nationally known retail outlets such as the Pottery Barn, Williams-Sonoma, White House Black Market, Anthropology, Brooks Brothers and more. Dining options will include PF Chang’s China Bistro, the Gordon Biersch Brewery, the Tommy Bahama Tropical Café and more. Plans also include a movie theatre and other potential entertainment venues.
The Market Commons will join other great shopping, dining and entertainment areas in Myrtle Beach such as: Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, the Colonial Mall, the Coastal Grande Mall and two Tanger Outlet Centers.
